Welcome to the Steward Observatory Radio Astronomy Laboratory, housed in the Department of Astronomy at the University of Arizona in Tucson. We specialize in the design and construction of leading-edge receivers and associated technologies for submillimeter-wave telescopes, such as the SMTO on Mt. Graham and AST/RO at the South Pole.
